When I work on accelerating leadership, I work from a Triangular Perspective.
Focusing on effective leadership means to zero in on Triangular Leadership.

Triangular Leadership is characterized by the 3 E’s of:

Exploration

This is about your ability to think bigger, to think outside the box. As a leader you are responsible to explore, to add value by working on strategy, innovation and marketing.

Exploitation

To get everything out of what you already have, yourself, your systems and your people. Without exploitation, there cannot be exploration.

Execution

To apply everything that you know. Information without application is worthless. You need to execute on what it is that you know, since there is no on or off button; you gradually accumulate your level of execution.
